NLP/MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER

Responsibility: 
· Participate in the research and development of next-gen voice dialogue system, intelligent Q&A system, and personalized recommendation interaction.
· Explore practical solutions for cutting-edge technical problems such as unstructured text understanding, knowledge extraction, dialogue decision management, and logical reasoning.
· Apply NLP, AI, and ML technologies to solve practical problems in real business scenario.

Requirements:
· MSc/PhD in CS, Operational Research or Statistics. Bachelors considered with strong industry experience.
· Hands on experience with NLP, Deep Learning, Spoken Dialogue Systems or Chatbots.
· Hands on experience with C++ and Python.
· 3+years of experience leveraging the above mentioned skills in a production environment.
· Strong communication and data presentation skills.
· Strong problem solving ability.

Senior UI Designer

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for visual design, web design and user interface design.
· Responsible for promo design, including online & offline materials such as posters, display panels, roll-ups, etc.

Requirements:
· Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.
· Bachelor's Degree or higher in visual communication or a related field.
· Possesses a mix of artistic sensibility, design acumen and color sensitivity.
· Quick learner, high enthusiasm, great team spirit and good communication skills, with a certain ability of hand-painting.

Product Manager

Responsibility:
· Plan, analyze and design open-domain social chatbots and IoT products.
· Conduct regular research and analysis of open-domain social chatbots and IoT products in the market.
· Explore customer expectations and demands, and collaborate with the technical team to optimize products.
· Coordinate and organize design, development, and testing resources to roll out new products.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or higher and proven working experience relevant to PM.
· Excellent sensibility to AI and cutting-edge technology.
· Strong logical reasoning and analytical ability and high sensitivity to data and statistics.
· Outstanding implementation capability, committed to excellence, and highly self-motivated.
· Working experience related to the Internet, gaming, technology, products, etc. is preferred.
· Technical background is preferred.

Data Analyst Intern 

Responsibilities:
· Design and develop database products, database modeling and data preprocessing subsystem.

Requirements:
· MSc/PhD students in CS.
· Hands on experience in user behavior log collection, massive data processing, data modeling, and basic business understanding.
· Knowledge of Hadoop/MapReduce/hive and working experience of hql/sql performance tuning.
· Strong knowledge of and proven working experience of using java/Python/php/mysql.
· Familiar with Linux/Unix environment and common commands.
· Adept at at least one of scripting languages such as Shell, Python, Perl scripting.
· Strong communication skills, positive and active, looking forward to challenging problems.
· Great abstract reasoning skills.
· Sensitive to statistics, new tech and data product design.

HR Intern 

Responsibilities:
· Assist in recruitment management, including resume screening, interview appointment and reception, talent reserve, recruitment statistics, etc.
· Maintain recruitment channel.
· Assist with HR statistics work.
· Help handle employee relations.

Requirements:
· Undergraduate students and above, major not limited.
· Passionate for HR work.
· Available to work at least 4 days per week (including Saturday) for 4 months.
· Willing to have a HR career after graduation, and have team spirit & responsibility.
· Intern with outstanding performance can be transferred for retention as a full-time employee.
